This policy sets out how Peacock Container collects, processes uses, discloses, manages and protects your personal data. It applies to your use of the website www.peacockcontainer.com and to any personal data you provide to us.  

Peacock Container
In this policy, “Peacock Container”, “we” and “us” refers to Peacock Container B.V. of Schaardijk 83, 3063 NH Rotterdam, Netherlands as holder of the website www.peacockcontainer.com and data controller.

This policy applies also to other members of the Peacock Container group when they act as data controllers or processors. The Peacock Container group (of which Peacock Container is part) includes Peacock Container Holding Pte. How long we keep your personal data

C    Processing your personal data is necessary for compliance with law
We are entitled to process your personal data to the extent necessary in order to comply with any legal obligation to which any member of the Peacock Container group of companies is subject.

D    Processing your personal data is necessary for the legitimate interests of us or a third party
We are entitled to process your personal data to prevent or detect fraud; to report possible criminal acts or threats and respond to requests for information from government authorities; for the purpose of ensuring security; for direct marketing purposes; and for internal administrative purposes within the Peacock Container group of companies.

This policy is effective as of 1 January 2019. Any future changes to this policy will be posted on the website www.peacockcontainer.com
