1986
Start of Peacock (founded by four cie’s incl.Van Ommeren).
1995-1996
Peacock owned by VTG (German operator) and Van Ommeren.
1999
After the merger between Van Ommeren and Pakhoed (Vopak), Peacock became non-core.
2002
Peacock was sold by Vopak to two banks and management.
2005
Management acquired all shares.
2007
Management sold Peacock to Fluvia.
2009
Reorganization due to challenging market circumstances.
2013
Peacock acquired Singapore based GCS, adding a second home market and 130 tanks to its portfolio.
2014
Peacock and Fluvia demerged to allow Peacock for a rapid growth strategy.
2015
Peacock reorganized and refinanced. Headquarters and fleet domicile moved to Singapore.
2016
Peacock was granted the MSI Approved Container Investment Manager Status.
2016 – 2017
Peacock accelerated growth by adding 2.000 new assets to its fleet and further invested in its management organization and team.
2018
Peacock Acquired the business of Rotterdam based Altermij Tankverhuur B.V.
2019
Peacock further optimized and increased its corporate and finance structure to allow for additional growth.
